APPLICATION :<\/strong>
\nBy spray, using traditional or electrostatic spray guns . Nozzle opening 2,5 mm pressure 3-4 atm.
\nAfter mixing A + B the product is ready-to-use for application on chip-board and MDF . To cover
\nveneer a reduction by EM 754 thinner for PU varnishes is necessary (20%); to avoid cracking never
\napply heavy coats . 2-3 coats are necessary to cover substrate , leaving about 1 hs. between the
\ncoats . After 8-10 hs. , after sanding , apply PU glossy or matt finish. Yield is according to substrate
\nand is about 4-5 smt\/kg .<\/p>\n

DRYING at 20\u00b0C:<\/strong>
\nDUST FREE : 10-15 ‘
\nTOUCH FREE : 1-2 h.
\nDEEP DRY : 24 hs.
\nSANDABLE : over 12 hs.<\/p>\n

EMPLOYMENTS AND WARNINGS<\/strong>
\nAs a basecoat on wooden and MDF substrates. On highly porous substrates it is advisable to apply
\nas a primer a coat of clear PU basecoat reduced at 40-50% by EM 754.
\nAfter 1 h- 1.5 hs without sanding this product can be sprayed.
\nDo not use generally on items outdoor exposed. Ask our support technical service. In hot and humid
