APPLICATION<\/strong>
\nIt can be applied with various means: brush, spray, curtain:
\nBRUSH : After adding hardener add EM 754 P.U.THINNER at 20%. Oner or more coats can be applied waiting at
\nleast 2-3 hs. between .
\nSPRAY : Add hardener and thinner as above. According to requirements thinner can be added at a higher rate (as far as
\n40% calculated on part A). Apply one or more coats leaving at least 70-80\u2019 between. Traditional spray guns as well as
\nairless or airmix pumps can be used. For standard spray-guns nozzle opening 1.8-2 mm. pressure 3-4 atm.
\nCURTAIN : For this application we advise to add EM C 1 hardener at a rate of 90% and reducing at 10-15% by EM
\n754. When using EM C 40 follow the a.m. rate. One or two coats can be applied leaving at least 90\u2019 between; quantity
\nis about 140-160 cc\/smt\/coat.
\nIt can be applied on various substrates. When using EM C 1, it can be employed also as basecoat for parquet floorings.
\nIn this case, add EM C 1 at 100% and reduce by EM 754 at 20-30%; apply by brush or parquetting roller.
\nYield is about 6\/7 smt\/lt (product already added with hardener and thinner).<\/p>\n

\nDUST FREE : 20 – 25\u2019 35 – 40\u2019
\nTOUCH FREE : 90 – 100\u2019 2 – 3 hs.

EMPLOYMENTS AND WARNINGS<\/strong>
\nSuitable to prepare substrates for furniture, frames and windows whenever hardness and transparency are requested as
\nmain features. Important warnings : to obtain a right application it is necessary verify that
\n\u2022 timing of coats is correct and reduction is the one indicated;
\n\u2022 when stain is applied it must be completely dry; and in this case the first coat must very very light(max 60-80
\ncc\/smt) and reduced
\n\u2022 substrate moisture is less than 20%
\n\u2022 substrate does not have traces of grease which may affect adhesion;
\n\u2022 the timber itself has not been whitened by ammonia and hydrogen peroxide;
\n\u2022 temperature of environment is between 10\u00b0C and 28\u00b0C.
