APPLICATION
By spray or curtain after sanding on substrates previously covered by P/U or P/E basecoats. Spray by traditional or
airmix spray guns. Application by airless pumpus is not advisable. Before use it is necessary to reduce by EM 754
THINNER FOR P.U. VARNISHES at 10-20% until 60%.
Curtain application is possible by traditional (not “open sky”) curtain coaters; it is necessary to reduce at 10-20% before
application by EM 754.
Average yield is about 5-6 smt/lt for spray application and 6-7 smt/lt for curtain application. The best working cycle for
this set of product which enhances their coverage quality is by appying 140-160 cc/smt over a single coat of P.U.
basecoat to finisg doors or panels. The result which can be obtained is very good and working cycle is very fast.

TOUCH FREE : 2-3 hs.
DEEP DRY : over 24 hs.
STACKING : over 10 hs. room temperature, 140 cc/smt

EMPLOYMENTS AND WARNINGS
As a top coat for furniture and panels. When applied in hot climates it is advisable to add EM 755 RETARDANT
THINNER at 5%.
To have a best results, apply the products in temperature conditions between 10 and 30°C. Do not use these products on
items outdoor exposed.
