Bad product filtration and eventual precipitation in time of some components, like matting agents, resin mucilage etc.

REASONSOLUTION
This defect is particularly
detectable in matt topcoats and
normally is due to matting agent
precipitation or bad product
filtration. In this case it can be
easily detectable by pouring paint
on a glass perfectly cleaned
Filtrate by using a nylon fine sock.
This method can be used as well
in curtain coater
Rust in can. This defect can be
detected by emptying the can and
verify if rusty is present due to tin
film corrosion
Filtrate and eventually substitute
can.
